How can I place an order?
To place an order with Fairytales.pk, follow these steps:
- Shop for the items you want
- Add the items to your Shopping Bag
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter billing and shipping information
- Provide payment information
- Review and submit your order
- Check your order status
What is your Exchange Policy?
- Products bought online can be exchanged only if they are unused and in their original state with tags.
- Sale items can only be exchanged for valid reasons, such as faulty or incorrect items.
- Refunds are issued as online coupons for future use; no cash refunds.
- Exchanges are valid within 14 days of delivery.
- No exchanges are offered for international or custom orders unless they are faulty or incorrect.
What is the Exchange Procedure?
- Contact customer service at Fairytalesshop.pk@gmail.com or call 0092-3429863688.
- Ship items back to the address provided by our team.
- Return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed as an online credit voucher.
- For non-faulty items, customers bear the shipping and exchange costs.
- Exchanges are processed once the returned items are received.
How to cancel an order?
- Cancel your order by emailing Fairytalesshop.pk@gmail.com before processing.
- Orders cannot be canceled after shipping.
- Custom orders can only be canceled within 3 days of placement.
- Fairytales.pk may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
What is the expected delivery time?
We deliver within 15 days as all orders are customized according to required size and color. For quick delivery, contact us via WhatsApp or call 0092-3429863688.
How can we track an order?
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier information and a tracking number. Please check your spam/junk folder if you donāt see the email in your inbox.
What happens if an incorrect address is provided?
If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us. Double-check your address when placing an order. If the package cannot be delivered, follow the instructions on the āunable to deliverā note left by the delivery agent to arrange redelivery.
Is there a guaranteed delivery date?
We do not guarantee a specific delivery date due to factors like payment authorization and stock availability. For urgent orders, contact us at info@Fairytales.pk.
Do you offer Returns and Exchange?
Defective items must be returned in original condition with tags to our headquarters. Refunds are issued as online coupons, not cash. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
I received an incorrect item. What should I do?
Return incorrect items to our headquarters in their original condition. Contact us for assistance.
